We are seeking a high-calibre Program Director/Manager to lead a flagship core system transformation for a global Commercial Lines insurer. Based in Brussels, you will steer the transition from complex legacy environments to the Guidewire platform across multiple European jurisdictions.

This isn't just a technical migration; it is a strategic evolution. You will be responsible for orchestrating a global delivery model, ensuring that testing, data migration, and integration streams move in lockstep to deliver a world-class insurance ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Delivery & Cadence

  • Establish and maintain a rigorous delivery cadence (Agile/Scaled Agile) that aligns global development centers with local European business requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, specifically focusing on the synchronization of Data Migration, Systems Integration, Testing, and Data Warehousing

Stakeholder Orchestration & Relationship Building

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior customer stakeholders across various European business units.
  • Navigate complex organizational politics to build consensus, manage expectations, and provide transparent reporting on program health.
  • Scale the Business: Identify whitespace opportunities and demonstrate the value of our delivery to expand our footprint within the account

Quality & Global Execution

  • Ensure "Right First Time" delivery by enforcing high-quality standards across all work products.
  • Manage a Global Delivery Model (GDM), effectively bridging the gap between offshore execution teams and onshore business stakeholders.
  • Mitigate risks associated with multi-country rollouts, including localization, regulatory compliance, and product-specific nuances.

Technical & Professional Profile

  • Deep experience in Commercial Lines Insurance and a strong understanding of the policy/claims lifecycle.
  • Proven track record leading Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
  • Hands-on experience managing complex Legacy-to-Cloud/Core transformations, specifically focusing on data integrity and ETL.
  • 10+ years in Program Management, with a knack for managing high-pressure, multi-million Euro budgets.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or Dutch is a significant advantage given the Brussels location.
