As an Account Delivery head, you are responsible for delivery management for an account or a set of accounts and being a focal point for my client's delivery into a customer business unit/department. Responsible for managing an account of low to medium complexity, represents my client’s deals with executive team of the client organization. The role is accountable for Delivery, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction within the account.
About You
As an experienced Delivery Director with strong IT professional services focus, you will be key to driving the design and execution of managed services IT services delivery spanning digital, cloud, applications and IT infrastructure programs. Successful execution of the role brings together the different service capabilities on behalf of the client and my client.
You will bring your experience of working with distributed agile delivery setup, and a strong background of successful project delivery and operations management with onshore and offshore teams. Transition management and delivery oversight is also a key attribute that is necessary for continued success.
The role requires IT delivery experience covering all disciplines from business requirements through to live service support, alongside experience in delivery of enterprise level distributed/scalable systems.
Agile certifications are a big plus.
The role will report to the Head of Delivery, working closely with client partners and being the face of the delivery organisation for the client portfolio that they represent.

My client is currently seeking a talented Client Manager to manage a cluster of accounts based in the UK. The Client Manager will be responsible for originating, negotiating and selling complex deals into a portfolio of existing accounts as well as opening up new accounts in the assigned territory in a vertical.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In this role the Sales Executive will lead sales engagements, selling solutions to address complex requirements. The primary scope of services offered will be around Product Engineering Services. This also includes lead generation and identification of new opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Leverage past relationships and references towards lead generation
- Opportunity Identification and ownership; validation and qualification of those opportunities through the solution-driven processes
- Establish relationships at CXO levels, demonstrate value, build and execute sales plans for the above mentioned strategic ‘must-win’ accounts
